Yummy Beef Stew in the crock pot

So Nate and I work opposite shifts his being 2nd.   We don’t have “dinner time” especially together more than once a week! So thanks to Kraft.com I was able to plan our monthly menu using their 5 dinners 1 bag menu.  It’s nice because we can make it and take left overs to work for lunch and reheat when we are able to eat dinner.  Tonight in the spirit of fall in the air I made beef stew in the crock pot.  Thanks to my mad couponing skills we saved 61% ($80) off our monthly grocery bill.

Easy Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Ingredients:
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup bbq sauce
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1lb boneless beef chuck for stew cut to your size liking
1lb red potatoes quartered
4 large carrots cut into pieces
1 large onion chopped
2 slices of Bacon
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp water

Mix all ingredients except flour and water heat on low for 8 or 9 hours on low 4 or 5 on high

Mix flour and water and stir into stew cooking for 15 minutes and serve!

It’s so yummy and delicious on a nice fall night with a great breeze through the window! Enjoy!!
